This policy does not affect your statutory rights (such as your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may return it with your original sales receipt within 14 days of receipt providing: it is unused, in its original unopened packaging with any seal or shrink-wrap intact, with labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new.

We will happily exchange the item or refund your full purchase price, in accordance with the terms of this returns policy. Items must be returned at your own cost, however, we will cover the return costs if the goods are faulty or if the wrong item is delivered.

We will only refund any money received from you using the same method and payment card originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

We advise that items be sent using a guaranteed delivery service with an item reference number capable of being tracked and traced online, with sufficient value transit insurance (you must retain the stamped proof of all this), as we cannot be held liable for lost or further damaged goods on their return to us.
